After about a jillion hours of working on this pattern, it is finally done! Sorry to keep you waiting so long. The Carson Ruffle Shirt is sooo sweet - what little girl wouldn't want one? Perfect layered over a long-sleeve t-shirt and jeans in the fall and winter, too. Make it sweet with pretty florals or sassy with funky prints.
